EAT make sandwiches, salads and soups everyday in their own kitchen and bake baguettes, pies and pattisserie every morning using good, fresh, seasonal ingredients.   

Porridge and Hot Bacon Butties are served for Breakfast and Hot Toasted Sandwiches for lunch.  A different Simple and Bold Soup and a wheat-free sandwich are available everyday, along with a vegetarian sandwich and 3 British pies every week.  EAT is a British family-owned company dedicated to quality food
