Join Fazenda on Tuesday 27th February for an intimate evening tasting the most exquisite and prestigious selection of wines from world-renowned producer – Niepoort wines of the Douro, Portugal.
Guests will dine in one of Fazenda’s luxurious private dining rooms and enjoy a Dry White Rabbit port & tonic upon arrival as well as indulge in a full rodizio experience accompanied by 6 tasting wines.
Established in 1842 and founded by Franciscus Marius van der Niepoort, the independent family run business has passed through five generations to date, evolving with both winemakers and wines to extend their highly reputable wine portfolio.
Niepoort Vinhos are today famed for their innovation as much as their authenticity, with incredible artwork adorning the bottles as well as research into biodynamics. Appreciation of the rugged terroir of the Douro has led to Niepoort being amongst the first in the valley to move into the world of un-fortified wines, creating such masterpieces as the Redoma, which now make up the majority of their offering.
