Summer 2018 will see the completion of Hardman Square

Set besides the sharp, polished edges of the newly constructed No. 1 building, ‘The Field’, an urban oasis, will celebrate green space in the city with refreshing, open and vibrant planting, designed by Layer Landscape Architecture, that concludes with the four-storey timber frame of The Pavilion.

Opening in spring, The Pavilion will host the The Ivy restaurant which ‘promises to bring a touch of The Ivy magic beyond London’s West End, offering effortless quality and style, a mix of modern British and international dishes with a friendly and attentive service’.

In the meantime No.1 Spinningfields has welcomed its first tenants as well as has seen the opening of the highly-anticipated ground-floor M&S Foodhall. Whilst London-based hospitality group D&D will occupy the rooftop restaurant, bar and garden terrace, with new concept 20 Stories opening in March, led by Chef Director Aiden Byrne.

The completion of Hardman Square will be the final piece in the development of Spinningfields and wholly illustrates its appeal as a world-class destination.
