The sessions are produced and led by their specialist physiotherapists and fitness consultants to ensure safe and effective exercise. They’ll work with you to coach quality technique whilst encouraging maximum effort to produce great results.
Session content will vary to keep you on your toes and maximise training outcomes, with a variety of training principles proven to achieve results. Sessions typically include a dynamic warm-up followed by a combination of body weight exercise, plyometrics, sprints, battle rope, kettle bell training and compound movements.
Every exercise used within the Fit Camp can be graded to your personal ability. This approach allows you to exercise safely to your full potential whilst avoiding injury.
