Welcome to BEASTro

BEASTro is the dream of three passionate foodies – Richard Brown, and James and Heather Taylor – the brilliant brains behind Spinningfields’ Bangers & Bacon.

Their latest concept is an all-day dining experience that will transform The Kitchens space that currently consists of 3 separate units into a single restaurant-style environment, whilst maintaining its unique personality. The space will keep its street food trader origins, but venture towards a more intimate dining experience.

BEASTro will become renowned for their incredible breakfast menu. BEASTro source their produce as locally as possible and featuring their own handmade sausages and bacon from their in-house butchers (Bobby’s Bangers).

Lunch trade will see a range of delicious gourmet sandwiches and salads, available for ‘grab and go’, as well as a changing selection of hot dishes to take away.  Dinner will see the site transformed, as diners enjoy a wide selection of beverages, and devour a selection of ‘bistro’ inspired dishes, specially prepared to delight the taste buds.

Bangers and Bacon first began trading in September 2014 at Festival Number 6 and have since traded at 150+ events around the UK, including Manchester Food & Drink Festival, Blackjack Brewery Takeovers, British Street Food Heats at Leeds Dock, and work closely with Sparklestreet at Old Granada Studios on catering for their private events.
