‘Kaizen’, meaning ‘good change’ is the philosophy that sits right at the heart of Wagamama. It shapes every dish they create, forever pushing the boundaries and making things better.

Wagamama have been practising kaizen since 1992, when they first opened in London’s Bloomsbury. Inspired by fast-paced, Japanese ramen bars and a celebration of Asian food, Wagamama burst into life. They set out to create a unique way of eating. bringing the fresh, nourishing, flavours of Asia to all.

From an oomph of ginger to oodles of noodles, Wagamama’s Asian inspired menu has been created to soothe, nourish, sustain and inspire the body and soul. Their fresh, authentic menus are updated seasonally and feature all kinds of rice and noodle dishes, alongside fresh salads and shareable sides. There are also desserts, fresh juices, hot drinks, wine, sake and expertly crafted Asian beers too

In the name of kaizen, their standards are high. All ingredients are cooked and served fresh to ensure that the colours, aromas, flavours and spices are always at their best when they touch your table
