The XYZ Building is now home to a new collaborative workspace, the first of its kind to open in Spinningfields. ALL Work & Social at The XYZ Building is an innovative, hybrid space made up of break-out areas, event spaces, hot-desking and private studios that inspire collaboration and creativity, enabling members to fulfil their potential and grow. 

ALL Work & Social defines a new era for co-working, representing the next chapter in the evolution of flexible work spaces. 

Escape the routine of the office or sofa, grab lunch from Benugo (the in-house coffee shop), and settle in to a diverse community of professionals. 

The lounge space on the ground level and hub space on the first level of the XYZ building is now open and welcoming new members.

Level 7/7M XYZ members bar and events space will launch at Easter 2018, which has the benefit of beautiful terraces and can accommodate over 200 people per event (150 seated), connected with the latest technology. The spaces will be exclusive to ALL Work & Social members and those who work in the wider XYZ building.
