Benugo opens first Manchester coffee shop in XYZ Building

Set to open their doors in mid-September, the Benugo ethos is centred on bringing consumers the finest-quality coffee, alongside delicious, simple, locally sourced food made fresh, every day.

Spinningfields is Benugo’s first operation in Manchester, and is part of Allied London’s new XYZ Works project; a co-work space that is home to a diverse community of technology, media, telecommunication and digital industries. As well as serving this innovative workspace, Benugo’s entrance opens up onto Hardman Boulevard opposite itsu.

The development team has created a unique Benugo blend espresso which is certified, and locally-sourced seasonal breakfast and lunch offerings, including freshly made sandwiches, healthy and delicious salads, and hot food-to-go. With menus that are developed seasonally by its executive development chef, each shop treated as an individual to ensure every customers’ experience has a personal touch every time, Benugo has put people at the heart of its development and growth.

Benugo reduces waste by recycling wherever possible, including all the paper and card used, and the oil which is turned into bio fuel or animal feed, purchasing recycled and recyclable products where available. Teams are also encouraged to promote and adopt efficient use of materials and resources, such as water and electricity throughout the business. These are just a few of the steps that Benugo have put in place to make a green impact.
