The Alchemist
Calling all good-time revellers! The Alchemist invites you to step into a different dimension and Enter The Extra from 21 November to 24 December. Guests can can tuck into a 2 or 3-course (£32) menu with the option to go extra which includes an arrival cocktail from the festive selection, nibbles, 3-courses and a digestif shot to end the night, all for just £55. To get the party in full swing, The Alchemist also suggest ordering some bottles for the table, with prices for wine, wine and prosecco, and wine and champagne packages available. Plus, for mixologists in the making send a selection of signature serves to loved ones for a surprise dash of theatre at home!
The Ivy Spinningfields
Book now to treat family, friends and colleagues this Christmas to a meal they’ll never forget at The Ivy Spinningfields. With three enchanting dining concepts to discover, expect an occasion made of magic as you enjoy the winter-warmer seasonal menu and festive cocktails during afternoon tea, brunch, lunch or dinner. The set menu includes 3 courses and a side, with a festive cracker for every guest as well as mince pies, teas and coffees at the end of the meal.
Australasia
A subterranean haven of laid-back luxe, your ticket to travel to stunning faraway shores this season is closer than you think. Australasia will ensure your special occasion sparkles in a coastal-inspired setting that’s hidden under the heart of Manchester in which guests are invited to indulge in an exciting 3 or 4 wave mod-Oz menu that features British ingredients with an Australian twist. The Oast House
A true winter wonderland, complete with fire pits, faux fur throws, fairy lights and festive entertainment, The Oast House’s twinkling tepee is not to be missed. The menu for Christmas is available from 21 November to 24 December for groups of 6+ with either a 2-course lunch or 3-course meal to choose from. From a Turkey Hanging Kebab to Christmisu, The Oast House’s party dining menu is a real crowd pleaser! In addition, build-your-own drinks packages are available to order, ready on arrival.
Bill’s
A home from home, enjoy turkey with all the trimmings at Bill’s this season. Featuring statement chandeliers, velvet seating and striking specials, the restaurant promises to leave a lasting impression. Available from 15 November, enjoy a variety of comically-named starters and main course, including Ho Ho Ho-ney Ham, Santa’s Burger Stack and Sirloinly This Christmas, not forgetting a Sticky Toffee Pudding, Black Forest Chocolate Tart and Banoffee & Baileys Mousse for dessert! Fazenda
For a tantalising taste of South America, visit Fazenda on the Avenue for lunch or dinner this Christmas and New Year. Enjoy the renowned menu that fuses century-old gaucho traditions with rodizio dining, and choose to upgrade to either the silver package for a glass of sparkling wine on arrival and two sweet truffles to finish, the gold package for a glass of sparkling wine on arrival and a selection of five Brazilian sweet treats to finish, or the platinum package for a glass of Veuve Clicquot on arrival and a selection of five Brazilian sweet treats to finish.
20 Stories
Discover a serene sanctuary up high in the sky and dine under the stars in 20 Stories’ spellbinding restaurant with a festive 3-course set menu available from 15 November. Plus, dine from 12pm – 3pm on Christmas Day itself on 25 December and enjoy a 5-course menu that’s been specially curated by Executive Chef, Daniel Scott. Plus, there will be live music from 1pm – 4pm performed by String Infusion. Plus, end 2022 with a bang from 8pm – late on New Year’s Eve and tuck into a 5-course set menu whilst listening to live music from Begin The Party band and DJ. The a la carte menu will also be available from 12pm – 2:30pm.
The Stables (Exclusive Hiring / Pre-Booked Tables of 4 or more)
Once part of the iconic Granada Studios Coronation Street set, The Stables boasts a warm and relaxed space with a private bar, professional kitchen, outdoor terrace and bench-style seating (120 seated / 200 standing), all just a short walk from Deansgate, Castlefield and Spinningfields. The 3-course banquet menu and 2/3 course festive menu (every Thursday and Friday) is available from 14 November – 23 December for tables of 4 or more. Advance booking is essential. For exclusive hire events at The Stables, the 3-course banquet menu and 2/3 course festive menu is available alongside a canape and buffet menu.
Department Store at Department Bonded Warehouse (Exclusive Hiring / Pre-Booked Tables of 4 or more)
A signature food, drink and retail space within Department Bonded Warehouse that’s become an exclusive venue with a private bar (75 seated / 150 standing). The 3-course banquet menu is available from 14 November – 23 December for tables of 4 or more. Advance booking is essential. For exclusive hire events at Department Store, the 3-course banquet menu is available alongside a canape and buffet menu.
Roofdeck & Dome at ABC Buildings (Exclusive Hiring)
Take your event to new heights with Manchester’s first heated rooftop dome (60 seated / 120 standing in the dome / 220 standing in the dome and on the roofdeck) at ABC Buildings. Complete with an outdoor terrace overlooking Spinningfields and the option to add Airstreams for photobooth hire or an additional private bar. Designed for Christmas parties or large-scale events over the festive season, the canape and buffet menu are both available from 14 November – 23 December.
