Spinningfields Square
Situated on Deansgate Road, one of the city’s main thoroughfares that connects central Manchester, and home to the iconic Sexy Fish restaurant, award winning Australasia restaurant and the stunning John Rylands Library, Spinningfields Square marks one of the gateways to the development and captures considerable footfall and eyeballs. It is recognised as one of the city’s best and largest activation spaces (up to 10x20m) having previously hosted events in collaboration with renowned brands such as Samsung, Jaguar Land Rover, Brewdog and Kylie Cosmetics.

Unit 1 – The Avenue
Unit 1 (730sqft) is an excellent indoor space located on The Avenue at Spinningfields that most recently hosted a pop-up shop in collaboration with Boohoo MAN, and which features a sizeable floor print with built in cabinets, a back-of-house area and WC as well as outdoor space for additional infrastructure. The Avenue is home to bars, restaurants, a florist, a dental clinic and office space. The space would be best suited for short to medium term brand activation. Please note that the sale and sampling of alcohol is not permitted in this unit.

Unit 2 – The Avenue
Unit 2 (871sqft) is an excellent indoor space located on The Avenue at Spinningfields that most recently hosted a pop-up shop in collaboration with Boohoo MAN and ARNE, and which features a sizeable floor print including a basement level, a back-of-house area and WC as well as outdoor space for additional infrastructure. The Avenue is home to bars, restaurants, a florist, a dental clinic and office space. The space would be best suited for short-term brand activations. The sale and sampling of alcohol is not permitted. Please note that Unit 2 is only available to book until 14 April.

Crown Square
Surrounded by the stunning Courts of Justice, the quirky Oast House and The Avenue – Spinningfields’ food and drink destination – Crown Square’s site space (7m x 7m) captures high footfall and is perfect for activations, pop-ups, events and installations, having previously hosted events in collaboration with renowned brands such as Calvin Klein, Rekorderlig and Absolut Vodka.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Spinningfields, Hardman Square is an urban oasis that lies between the iconic The Ivy Spinningfields and the bustling The Lawn Club. Positioned amidst the dynamic flow of visitors from Crown Square, Hardman Street, and Quay Street, it offers an ideal space (5m x 5m) for intimate activations, pop-ups, and installations, having previously hosted events in collaboration with renowned brands such as EE and Wrigleys.
