Set besides the sharp, polished edges of the newly constructed No.1 Spinningfields, Hardman Square is currently being transformed into an urban oasis, celebrating green space in the city with refreshing, open and vibrant planting, designed by Layer Landscape Architecture. The landscaping is set to complete in late summer 2018.

Also in Hardman Square, the four-storey timber frame of The Pavilion will host The Ivy restaurant, which promises to bring a touch of The Ivy magic beyond London’s West End, offering effortless quality and style, a mix of modern British and international dishes with a friendly and attentive service.

No.1 Spinningfields has welcomed M&S foodhall to the ground floor, and the highly anticipated 20 Stories to its rooftop, Manchester’s highest restaurant, bar and garden terrace, led by Chef Director Aiden Byrne.

The completion of Hardman Square will be the final piece in the development of Spinningfields and wholly illustrates its appeal as a world-class destination.
