Manchester House reopened on January 18th with a new Head Chef Nathanial (Nat) Toffin and a vibrant new menu.
Nat joined Manchester House in 2013, working alongside Aiden Byrne in the development kitchen for 6 months before launching the restaurant. After taking a short sabbatical in 2015 to experience new cultures and flavours, Nat returned to Manchester House as Senior Sous Chef in 2016 and in September 2017 was appointed Head Chef.
Manchester House is an unexpected oasis of urban style, celebrating Manchester’s proud history in its unique design by the late Aidan Keane.
Peruse the gallery below, showcasing stand-out dishes from Nat’s new menu including oyster and caviar, turbot and white soy, blackberry and goat’s curd, millionaire’s sandwich and raw beef and coal oil.
