Experience Pancake Day in Spinningfields, with a host of ‘flip-tastic’ treats to choose from!

Whether you’re more of a sweet or savoury person, there’s something for everybody to enjoy, with a variety of pancake types and toppings available at the likes of Bill’s, The Oast House and Hey Little Cupcake!

From 21 February – 1 March, Bill’s will be serving a special pancake menu. Start the day with a classic lemon and sugar pancake, also available as a vegan option. For lunch, why not go savoury with sweetcorn pancakes, starring poached eggs, feta and avocado? In the evening, indulge in caramelised banana and salted caramel ice cream. Whatever you choose, be sure to pair it with one of Bill’s irresistible cocktails, featuring Espresso Martini and Urban Cookie Collective. Kids can enjoy banana and berries or ice cream and chocolate sauce pancakes. Plus, enter Bill’s special competition to win pancakes for you and a friend, every month for a whole year!

Back by popular demand, The Oast House’s pancake kebabs will be available on 25 February, featuring fresh strawberries, melting marshmallows and deliciously doughy mini pancakes, served with chocolate orange sauce and vanilla ice cream.

Alternatively, why not try Hey Little Cupcake’s blueberry or Nutella stack cupcakes, available from 24 – 25 February.

Fazenda’s Executive Chef has created an indulgent but light pancake filled with whipped cream and chocolate brownie. Inspired by their signature Marquise de Chocolate dessert, this spectacular pancake is bathed in dulce de lechetopped and served alongside honeycomb, crumbled chocolate brownie and vanilla ice-cream. Available for one day only, all proceeds from this amazing treat will go to Hospitality Action, helping those struggling the most within the hospitality industry.

If that wasn’t enough, 20 Stories will be offering an indulgent chocolate pancake dessert, available from 24-28 February. Simply cut through the cake to reveal the secret inside.

Thaikhun will also be offering a fluffy and delicious buttermilk pancake with Nutella and ice-cream, and The Refinery will be serving banana and cinnamon pancakes, as well as Crêpe Suzettes .

Plus, don’t miss Pot Kettle Black’s American pancakes with bacon, a fried egg and maple syrup.
