The Sunset all day dining menu offers an exquisite sunshine infused selection of sushi and deliciously light Asian fusion dishes bringing an indulgent vibe to the all day dining menu. Exciting options include Sunset’s take on the classic bento box, an exotic breathtaking afternoon tea and delicious Japanese ‘kakigori’ desserts made using ancient methods with fruit flavours, shaved ice and ice cream.
Cocktail lovers can look forward to indulging in masterfully blended world flavours such as Sunset Sangrias and unique concoctions from the ‘Sunset Signatures’ selection or order up a Frozen Pornstar Martini, served to the soundtrack of the Sunset house DJ.
