Work
With a flourishing community comprising of innovative FinTech and digital organisations at Department XYZ and creative, media and tech businesses at Department Bonded Warehouse – with close links to Spinningfields amenities, workspace memberships include hot desks, resident desks, studios and private office suites. Department XYZ also offers an enterprise floor for a business to exclusively use which includes a private bar, outdoor terrace, mezzanine office space, smaller office suites and meetings rooms.
For those that can’t work from home, Department also offers £10 hot desk day passes (pre-booking not necessary) which include unlimited tea and coffee from the members kitchens and use of a private meeting room for 1 hour. Please note that this is a limited time offer. The price will increase to £15 from 1 January 2021.
Department also offers several safe meeting spaces for businesses to connect with clients and colleagues, in addition to creative spaces available to book for photography, production and podcasting.

Wellness
In support of a work life balance, each workplace is committed to providing a variety of wellness opportunities. These include, but are not limited to, 24/7 building entry to accommodate any routine, complimentary weekly online yoga sessions, bike storage and shower facilities as well as access to an on-site gym – with Bonded Warehouse’s gym offering scheduled to launch in 2021, which will include classes, fitness experiences and PT memberships.
In addition, a selection of breakout areas, designed for productivity and championing comfort, are provided within each workplace – whether to offer a change of scenery or a wider setting for teamwork exercises.
Social
With community at the heart of Department, members can also benefit from the network of business professionals across a breadth of industries, as well as access various hospitality outlets such as XYZ Social on the ground floor of Department XYZ, to relax, eat, drink and meet with clients or their team (where restrictions allow).
